President - Dr. Jerry Williamson
Jerry is a true servant-leader, advancing Go To Nations from a place of prevailing prayer. He travels extensively overseas helping missionaries and national leaders maximize their missions' efforts by providing Bible teaching and preaching, ministry planning, leadership training, Global Pathway and other ministry tools, and counseling. Jerry was ordained in 1982 and served as a Go To Nations missionary in Ecuador in 1985. He was appointed President in June of 2000 to oversee the Executive Leadership of the ministry and to be the voice of Go To Nations. In his flagship book, The Pulse of a Nation, he challenges the status quo for believers everywhere as he confronts America's growing post-Christian culture. He is highly respected as a missionary statesman and is appreciated for his help in the global advancement of missions organizations around the world.
CEO of GloDev & Executive Vice President of Global Ministries - Tim & Nancy Lovelace
Nancy & Tim have been married for over 30 years and have two children--Natalie and Liza. Tim is the Founder and CEO of Glodev, Go To Nations Relief and Development Arm--facilitating the transformation of whole communities in the poorest regions of the world through relief and development projects done in partnership with Go To Nations missionaries. Tim also works with the Executive Team of Go To Nations in overseeing the affairs of the organization and serves as the I.T. Director for Go To Nations, maintaining and advancing technology for Go To Nations. Nancy is the Vice President of Ministries and oversees the training and well-being of Go To Nations missionary field force, the projects that they run, and the growth and expansion of ministry in the nations. She also serves on the Executive Team overseeing the affairs of the organization.
Executive Vice President of Mobilization - Sandra Barfield
Sandra joined Go To Nations in 1997 as Vice President of Donor Relations. She was responsible for the development of funds for the missionary support system which serves the missionaries, and works with them for long term strategic effectiveness. Sandra was appointed to the role of Vice President of Mobilization in the spring of 2004. Through her leadership in Communications, Marketing, Missions Mobilization and Advancement, her primary focus is to mobilize the body of Christ to fulfill the Great Commission by giving of their time, talents and resources. She, also, serves as Go To Nations Publishing and on the Executive Team overseeing the affairs of the ministry. Sandra and her husband, Don, are ordained ministers and are committed to mentoring adults and children, alike, as they accept Christ and grow in Him. Don is the Headmaster Emeritus of a college preparatory Christian school and a staff pastor. They reside in Jacksonville and have three sons and six grandchildren.
Executive Vice President of Business and Finance - Cheryl Bessinger
Cheryl completed an Associate Degree at Lake City Community College and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business. Cheryl has also received her Bachelor’s of Biblical Studies from Logos Bible School in Jacksonville, FL. Cheryl worked for nearly 10 years in the retail business, where she became District Office Supervisor for a chain of retail outlets. She brought her strong administrative skills to Go To Nations in 1992 when she joined the Eurasia Office Staff. Subsequent to that assignment, she served as Ministries Division Administrative Assistant, then as Director of Administration. She now serves as Vice President of Financial Services/ Business Administration and on the Executive Team overseeing the affairs of the organization.

Executive Assistant to the President - Beverly Williamson
Beverly has held the position of Executive Assistant to the President of Go To Nations since March of 2009. In the past few years, God has blessed Beverly in more ways than she could have ever imagined because of Go To Nations. Missions have always been something she held very close to her heart, so she took the next step by recently completing the Missionary Preparation & Orientation training (MPO). While Beverly will not immediately be going out on the field, she will use this training to help better equip others at the World Headquarters, assisting the president in the operations of Go To Nations. Beverly has lived in Jacksonville, FL since 1998, and she has two adult daughters--one being an English teacher, and one works in the missions department at her church.
Vice President of Ministries - Craig Kuehn
Craig and Sandra Kuehn, have been with Go To Nations since 1990. They have championed Go To Nation’s vision to train, equip and mobilize laborers for the harvest since moving to Manila, Philippines in 1991. To date more than 5,000 ministers have been equipped in 11 nations and 18 nationalities.
In 1994, the Kuehn’s accepted the role of Asia/Pacific Regional Directors. Building ‘Team as Spiritual Family’ they have grown a team of 50 GTN missions and almost 70 Asian Affiliates and staff working all across the region, making this GTN’s largest multicultural, multigenerational regional team.
In 2016 Craig was set in as the Vice President of the Ministries Division and added to Go To Nations’s Executive Council. The Ministries Division is working to strengthen their leadership development track for emerging and established leaders around the world in order to position Go To Nations for continued International growth and expansion into new territory and avenues of effective ministry.
Vice President of Equipping
Vanessa is currently serving as the Vice President of Equipping, and she holds the honor of being the youngest individual to ever receive the title of Vice President at Go To Nations. Vanessa holds a B.A. in Social Sciences with a dual-minors in Criminal Justice and Secondary Education. She also attended Christ For the Nations Institute, where she received a Bachelor of Practical Ministry, and where she responded to the global missions call. She plans to return to graduate school in pursuit of her Ph.D. in Social Cultural Anthropology. Her vision is that, through her anthropological research, she will mobilize the millennial generation to go to the nations and she plans to work in developing systems that will enable ministers to strategically invade creative access nations and also those nations that are predominately unchristian.
Director of Global Prayer - Deborah Barnes
As the Director of Global Prayer for Go To Nations, Deborah oversees the intercessory prayer network, coordinating prayer with WHQ, field missionaries and volunteers who have a heart to pray for global missions world-wide. Also, she assists with training missionaries at GTN WHQ and with mobilizing churches for the harvest. Her responsibilities include many pastoral-care functions. Deborah and her late husband, Frank, were missionaries to Mexico from 1998 to 2000, where the “Fire From Heaven” team saw 10,000 salvations.
Director of Missions Training - Dr. Faye Battle
Faye joined the Go To Nations team as Director of Missions Training in January 2009. Even though she had attended Calvary Bible School at the World Headquarters campus in 1992-1993. She believes that this was a divine appointment, and made a significant impact. She also completed MPO in September 2009. Dr. Faye’s primary duties include, but are not limited to, the coordination of our Missionary Preparation & Orientation program (MPO), assisting with the coordination of our Timothy Internship Program (TIP), and working with the missionaries while they fund raise for their Apprenticeship Program. She believes that while she is unable to ‘go’ to the field, that by fulfilling her role in helping others gets there, she can say “wherever they are, I am”. Dr. Faye is a native of Jacksonville and with two adult sons, Terrence (a software developer) & David (an actor and playwright), with five granddaughters and one grandson.
Short-Term Missions Directors - Chris & Sheila Conley
As directors, Chris and Sheila coordinate mission teams to serve with Go To Nations' field missionaries living abroad for a term of seven to twenty-one days. Additionally, they lead short term mission teams and assist pastors and ministry leaders across the United States in establishing active mission programs within their local churches. They joined GTN in 2011 and moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Jacksonville, Florida to serve in the World Headquarters. Sheila also assists in the Finance Division as a Finance Assistant. She helps process donations and assists Go To Nations' missionaries with their financial reporting requirements. They have been married for over 20 years and have 4 children. The oldest of whom is currently attending the University of North Florida and has recently gone through MPO and joined Go To Nations as a missionary.
Directors of Diaspora World Missions - Matt & Usha Reifsnider
Matt served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in England where he met and married Usha. They moved to Amman, Jordan in 1993 where they studied Arabic and were pastors at an English-speaking fellowship with the Assemblies of God Church of Jordan. During the 10 years the Reifsnider's resided in Jordan they were blessed with ministry opportunities throughout the region which increased their understanding of the language, religion and culture of the Arab people.
The Reifsnider's joined Go To Nations as missionaries to Muslims in 1988, joining the team at the Go To Nations World Headquarters as Islamic World Missions Directors. Their responsibilities include helping in the training sending and serving of missionaries as well leading short- term trips to Islamic people groups.
Vice President of Communications, Vice-President of Missions Mobilization - Jeremy Henderson
Jeremy's utmost desire in ministry has been to communicate the gospel creatively and effectively across ethnic and generational lines. While serving as a school principal in 2014, Jeremy sensed a great urgency to minister in the area of global missions. Jeremy and Susan Henderson have been married for 19 years, and have two amazing children: Josiah James (17) and Sophia Elizabeth (10). Jeremy graduated with a B.A. in Church Ministries from Southeastern University, has been an ordained minister through the General Council of the Assemblies of God since 2006, and brings almost 20 years of educational, pastoral, and leadership experience to his role at Go To Nations as an International Missions Mobilizer. Jeremy assists to lead the Mobilization Division in developing emerging leaders in the Missionary Preparation and Orientation and Leadership Development Forum, training church leaders worldwide, and creating effective communication tools for the ministry. Highly valuing life-long learning, Jeremy plans to pursue an M.Div. degree with a concentration in Spiritual Formation.
Latin America Director for Global Pathway - Dr. Mitch and Michelle Arbeláez
Mitch works as the director of the Global Pathway missionary mobilization program for Latin America. Along with his wife, Michelle, they are instrumental in assisting pastors and church leaders to become more mission minded and to raise up missionaries to go to the least-reached areas of our world. Mitch and Michelle believe that the potential of mobilizing whole nations for the Great Commission work of God is now. Nations are waiting for the Gospel and other nations need to know their God-given potential to reach those waiting nations. Now is the time to awaken and mobilize all nations to complete the Great Commission. Along with these responsibilities, Mitch is part of the Go To Nation's world headquarter team helping to train and lead the entire organization in all that God has for them.
Directors of Global Pathway Russia and Member Care Ministers- Victor & Kathie Barousse
The Barousses are experienced field missionaries, seeing much fruit over many years of church planting, leadership development and humanitarian / developmental work. They first encountered Go To Nations while already serving as missionaries in Russia. Impressed with the results of the Global Pathways curriculum, that they began service with Go To Nations in 2011. In 2013 they returned to Russia full-time, planting churches and aiding national church networks to embrace their Great Commission calling. Victor and Kathie serve as National Directors for Global Pathways in Russia, and also have a broader role in Eurasia, mobilizing national churches to raise up powerful, indigenous, self-supporting church-planting movements within some of the least reached peoples (UUPG’s) of the world. Like the Apostle Paul, they have aspired to preach the Gospel where Christ is not yet known, and therefore to hasten the day of His return (Ro. 15:20; 2Peter 3:12).
International Missions Mobilizers - Tom & Roxie McLeod
Tom and Roxie came to Go To Nations in the Spring of 2007;Tom exited the corporate world (working for General Electric) and Roxie most recently served with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention (serving in East Africa). Formerly serving Go To Nations as Directors of Member Care, focusing on crisis management and missionary retention, the McLeods are now seconded to Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU) and work closely with the City Director for Cru-Inner City. Their focus as missionaries is to the City of Jacksonville, praying with city leadership and partnering with TransformJax. Tom and Roxie play a vital role in Go To Nations Missionary Preparation and Orientation, assisting in the evaluation processes and training. They also work alongside the World Headquarters Staff in equipping and training the Go To Nations missionary field force during the Leadership Development Forums twice yearly.
Social Media Specialist - Abigail Smith
Abigail is the Social Media Specialist at the World Headquarters. Although most of her job is done behind a computer screen, she is a people person and loves meeting and ministering to people on a local and global level. She is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. There she met her now husband of 5 years, Thomas. They stay very busy chasing after their toddler, Sadie and dog, Burt Reynolds. They also serve as the High School Youth Pastors at New Life Christian Fellowship. She loves taking student teams every summer on short term missions trips to Honduras and ministering in churches, schools, orphanages and villages. Her heart is to see young people find their God given identity and walk a life full of freedom.
Special Assistant to Mobilization - Janet Meyers
Janet is serving the Lord and the Go To Nations mission team as Special Assistant to Mobilization. After 57+ years of marriage to Dr. George Meyers, serving together for more than 20 years at Go To Nations, she has some new assignments to make use of her business and communication skills. She has a heart to encourage the missionaries in the nations, making use of modern technology in communicating with them for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions in their lives.
Following Dr. George’s heart for community transformation, Janet serves on the Board of Directors with GloDev Inc, the Relief and Development Arm of Go To Nations. Her hospitality gifting is being used in hosting missionary leaders in the Leadership Development Forums. In Dr. George’s honor, she is continuing to fulfill his mission statement – “Through faith and wisdom acquire true wealth, mentor others and leave an enduring legacy.”
Events Coordinator - Scheramah Washington
Scheramah serves the Mobilization Division and a second-term employee at the Go To Nations World Headquarters. Currently serving as an Events Coordinator for major events, such as the Go To Nations Experience, and also assists with marketing. When not working on a Mobilization project, Scheramah is creatively planning local mission projects to compliment her Missionary Preparation and Orientation training in the fall of 2016. Mother of 2, her family loves connecting resources with need-based groups in the Jacksonville area. This zeal is what fuels her pursuit of a servant-leadership lifestyle.
Business & Finance
Finance Assistant - Sharon Gaston
Sharon was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, attended Bishop Kenny High School and received an A.A. in Business from Florida State College at Jacksonville. Sharon has a work history of 9 years with PIE Nationwide, 1 year with Barnett Brass and Copper and 18 years with Crowley Maritime, specializing in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Risk Management. Sharon began volunteering for Go To Nations in July of 2014, moving into a full-time position in the Finance Division in July of 2015. Sharon’s responsibilities with Go To Nations include Accounts Payables, assisting with missionary mail-outs, receipt letters, and processing of donor checks. Her gifts of organization and conscientiousness are big assets to Go To Nations. Sharon has been married for 10 years to Major Keith Gaston of the Florida Highway Patrol, has no children but enjoys the company of her 2 cats and 1 dog.
Donor Services - Donna DiMelfi
Donna was born and raised in New York. She came to Jacksonville in December 2007 from Brooklyn Teen Challenge. The intention at the time was to receive training for one year, then return to Brooklyn Teen Challenge and fulfill her calling of helping people and working in ministry. God certainly had other plans. Donna joined the GTN family in July 2013; she is a Finance Administrative Assistant. Her responsibilities include processing mail, processing donations for the missionaries via check or credit card; sending out tax deductible receipt letters for each donation received; preparing and sending mail to missionaries in various countries once a month; corresponding with donors via email or telephone concerning their donations or any other questions they have. Donna has a call on her life to be a sender and a servant and she loves being a part of the GTN family and fulfilling her role in the Kingdom in this capacity.
Finance Operations Manager - Kristen Meythaler
After attending the Timothy Internship in Guatemala, Kristen moved to Jacksonville, Florida, in 1998 to work in the GTN International Headquarters. While working in Jacksonville, Kristen became a licensed foster parent with the state of Florida. After a few years of fostering three beautiful babies, she was able to adopt all three children in 2004. Kristen is currently entering her 17th year of working in the Finance/Business Administration department of GTN. As the Operations Manager, among other things she processes the payroll for GTN missionaries and oversees the processing of all incoming donations. When she isn’t busy at work, Kristen loves to volunteer in the classrooms of her special needs children.
Junior IT Director - Joel Vergera
Joel was a member of the Pastoral Staff at Charismatic Ecumenical Ministries for 3 years in the Philippines. His focus was the Youth Ministry where he ministered to 100 teenagers on a weekly basis. He was an Instructor for the seminary teaching courses in biblical studies. In 2002, Joel immigrated to the United States and subsequently handled the Youth Ministry of Christ is the Answer Church for 5 years. He joined Go To Nations in 2005 and is the Jr. Network Administrator. He ensures the hardware, software, telephony and different systems are working properly. Joel volunteers at WaterMark Church with his wife Geonifer and his son Josiah. He is also a freelance photographer and is passionate about capturing images in the mission field of the missionaries in action and the people they serve. He wants to tell their stories through pictures and bring greater awareness of the need around the world
GloDev - Hannah Kentch
Hannah grew up in Missouri and moved to Dallas, Texas, to attend Bible School at Christ for the Nations. Working in local and international ministry since 2004, gave her opportunities to reach and minister to children and families in extreme poverty throughout the Latin nations. Having a deep desire to see poverty eliminated and entire communities transformed, led Hannah to work with GloDev, the Relief and Development Arm of Go to Nations. GloDev is partnering with the poorest regions of the world to create sustainable projects that empower people to provide a better life for themselves and their families.
