Transformation Jacksonville (TJAX) is a platform to help empower leaders to equip Christians to embrace a Prayer - Care - Share lifestyle. TJAX uses the tool 'Bless Every Home' to encourage every believer to be praying for their neighbors with the vision of reaching every heart and home with a demonstration of the transforming power of the gospel. Transformation Jacksonville is connecting faith based ministries to public schools and instigating a prayer movement throughout the city of Jacksonville and northeast Florida on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
