Project Details
Golden Haven Home for Aged project cares for the destitute elderly people in Davao City, Philippines. With a dedicated staff of 23 care givers, the elderly are receiving holistic care for their physical, physiological, emotional, and social well-being. Golden Haven was founded and is directed by Sheva Suam, a graduate of Go To Nations' Calvary Bible Institute in Davao City. Missionary Cris Sandberg serves as the chaplain of the home, ministering to the spiritual well-being of its members and staff.
The Five E's of Golden Haven Home for the Aged:
1. Excellence in health care provision
2. Efficiency in providing assistance for the elderly's activities of daily living
3. Effective communication between GHHA and the member's relatives
4. Evolving wisdom for staff
5. Eco-friendly environment for the community
