Tito grew up in the Philippines and migrated to the United States in 2001. He currently lives in Jacksonville, Florida. He’s been married for 27 years to Katrina and has two wonderful children, Given and Ella. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, major in Accountancy and has been an accountant for 27 years. Tito started ministering back in the mid 80’s as part of the audio set-up team of their church’s evangelistic team then became a youth leader, then a choir director, then the church’s worship director and eventually a youth pastor before immigrating to the United States. Tito was a professional gospel singer in the early 90’s and recorded several songs while in the Philippines under Far East Broadcasting Company’s PAPURI. He fluently speaks English, Tagalog, and Pampango.
In 1998, he was introduced to global missions by a Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) Asia missionary. That life changing conversation led him to attend the Every Nation Philippines’ two year Victory Leadership Institute Bible school and then the CBN Asia’s Asian Center for Missions 12-week Missions Training Program. Since then, he has been a “tentmaker” and a “sender”, working as an accountant while financially supporting missionaries in Thailand and Burkina Faso. He also went on short-term missions to Asia (Japan, Thailand, Hongkong, Singapore and all over the Philippines). But it was during the unprecedented 2020 global Covid lockdown that Tito had sensed a call to serve God on the mission field and not just to financially support missionaries. He resigned from his 14-year tenure as an accountant for the City of Jacksonville and joined the Go To Nations’ World Headquarters staff in 2021.
Tito completed his Missionary Preparation & Orientation training in June 2023. His home church is Elevate Life Church and he serves as the Macclenny location’s Audio Production lead. His mission is to obey God’s Great Commandments (Matthew 22:37-40) and to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20). His vision is to see the gospel of Jesus Christ shared to every people group on earth, every tribe, every tongue and every nation. His strategy is to transform Emerging Christian Nations into strong missionary sending nations in their own right through Disciple Making Movements, Church Planting Movements, church empowerment and mobilization, consequently creating National Missions Movements. He wants to go back to “his people” - to the unreached nations in Asia and be God’s hands and feet to them as he shares who Jesus is and to tell them of the great salvation He is offering to everyone. To elevate their lives spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally. His passion is to get involved in Disciple Making Movements (DMM) by networking with local missionaries and church leaders in teaching and training their people. This also includes community development, projects towards self sufficiency, livelihood programs and homesteading, while capturing on film what God is doing on the mission field and then sharing it back home so more people can see how ripe the mission field is and to see that more workers are needed for the harvest to finish the Great Commission the Lord has given all of us.
