Mitch & Michelle began their work in the area of Missions when they were both graduate students at Regent University where Mitch earned a Master of Divinity in Missiology and Michelle earned a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling. Mitch served as the National Ministry Coordinator for the missions agency Accelerating International Mission Strategies (AIMS) under the leadership of Missions Professor Dr. Howard Foltz. Over the three years of working with AIMS Mitch assisted with the improvement of the Harvest Connection missions mobilization Seminar, and taught this seminar in several churches and countries.
While at AIMS Mitch also acted as the Strategic Action Coordinator for the Middle East. In this role Mitch published the Declaration of Christian Attitudes Towards Muslims, a document suited for framing that attempts to bring about reconciliation between Muslims and Christians. During this time period Mitch and Michelle also led their first youth missions team overseas to the country of Uruguay.
Once leaving AIMS in 1997 Mitch and Michelle moved to Wichita and founded Kingdom Builders Youth Ministries and began working with China Harvest missions agency. Through this youth and China involvement Mitch and Michelle have lead 5 mission teams to South Korea and China along with other trips to Malaysia, Uruguay, Russia, and Mexico.
Mitch and Michelle later served as the Senior Pastor team of Church at the Cross, a Non-Denominational Church in Wichita, Kansas for 7 1/2 years. Having the experiences of being lead pastors make them ideal for helping pastors through their calling with Go To Nations.
Mitch and Michelle are now International missions mobilizers and the Latin America Directors for Global Pathways International helping mobilize and train Latin American Churches in the preparation and sending of Latin missionaries to the least evangelized areas of our world, especially to the Middle Eastern nations.
Mitch and Michelle have four children John-Kyle, Briana, Jayden, and Alyssa and currently reside in Wichita, Kansas.
